The Arrow team have completed thousands of projects; a small sampling of our commercial sector work is as follows:
Project: Kuehne & Nagel Description: Loading shipping/receiving area and warehouse consisting of 382,000 sq. ft and a 32,400 sq. ft. two-storey office area.
Project: Trinidad Drilling, Nisku, Alberta Description: Three two-storey buildings with a total office area of 42,000 sq. ft., and a total shop area of 34,000 sq. ft. Project consisted of areas for administration, welding, fabrication, quality control, and a dedicated lunch and locker space. Project: Weatherford Drilling Services Description: 66,000 sq. ft. shop and 26,700 sq. ft. two-storey office. Building contains areas for offices, warehouse, shipping/receiving, paint bay, lab, lunchroom, dyno area, and motor shop.
Project: Crosstown Motors, Edmonton, Alberta Description: This is a car dealership consisting of 41,000 sq. ft. of shop space and 25,000 sq. ft of office space. This commercial building provides areas for maintenance garages, service bays, parts, offices, and a showroom.
Project: Synenco Energy, Sherwood Park, Alberta Description: This 14,000 sq. ft. two-storey office accommodates a staff of 120, as well as houses a dedicated computer server room, and a printer and duplication room.
Project: Golosky Group, Strathcona County, Alberta Description: This 12,000 sq. ft. office and 20,000 sq. ft. shop contains areas for a weld shop, maintenance, wash down, as well as space for lockers and a lunch room.
Project: Westlund, Edmonton, Alberta Description: 42,000 sq. ft. warehouse area and 9,000 sq. ft. office area. This new complex includes an office, warehouse, and shipping/receiving area.
Project: Hansen Ford, Grande Prairie, Alberta Description: This is a two-storey commercial building totaling 60,000 sq. ft. The main floor consists of a car dealership, complete with a full-service maintenance area, and the second floor consists of office space.
Project: BA Energy – Heartland Upgrader, Sherwood Park, Alberta Description: Single storey administration and maintenance building with 22,000 sq. ft. office and 8,000 sq. ft. shop. Facility contains a lab, central control room, shop, warehouse, shipping/receiving, a locker area, and an emergency vehicle bay.
Project: Nusco, Bonnyville, Alberta Description: 66,000 sq. ft. shop and 7,000 sq. ft. office. Facility contains areas for welding, sandblasting, paint bays, a paint storage room, shipping/receiving, a crane way, and a lunch and locker area.
