Our most senior staff are the following:
Greg Burghardt, P.Eng., M.B.A.
President of Arrow, Greg is active in both the engineering and business development side of the company. Prior to founding Arrow Engineering with partners Robert Prybysh and Paul Burdett, Greg was Vice President of a consulting engineering corporation where his mandate was to take the company to the next level of success and performance. Earlier in his career Greg also served as president of Flowstar Technologies Inc., a company that developed world-class flow measurement technology for the petroleum industry. Previous to this Greg was a partner with a general contractor where he helped the company increase its annual business volume five fold in five years. Greg holds both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with Distinction, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Alberta.
Greg Kroening, P.Eng.
Vice President of Arrow, Greg established Kroening Consultants Ltd. in 1979 and served as principal until its merger with Arrow Engineering in 2008. Greg has been the Senior Manager and Project Engineer for a wide range of multi-unit residential, institutional, commercial and industrial projects. Over the course of his career, Greg has acquired a diverse and varied range of mechanical engineering expertise giving him the skills to design projects economically without sacrificing quality. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Robert Prybysh, P.Eng., M.Sc., LEED AP Prior to the establishment of Arrow, Robert was chief mechanical engineer with an Edmonton based consulting engineering firm where he was responsible for the company’s professional registration in four jurisdictions. Robert has designed numerous mechanical systems for buildings and other civil projects. Earlier in his career, Robert worked for Ready Engineering as a control systems engineer. Robert holds both a Master’s of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Paul Burdett Paul was a mechanical project leader in the consulting engineering industry prior to the formation of Arrow Engineering Inc. Over the course of his career, he has provided a variety of design and coordination services for project owners, architects, and construction project managers. Since 1993, Paul has lent his expertise to over 2,500 engineering projects. Paul has extensive experience in working in a number of construction sectors including, industrial, institutional, commercial, and multi-family. His involvement includes design, construction, commissioning/testing, and auditing of existing facilities.
